   Director of Federal Programs
      Responsible for overseeing the following programs Safe & Drug Free Schools, School Safety, Dropout Prevention, School Violence, Aids, Vocational and Adult Education Title I and others.
      Additional responsibilities include managing a federal budget of up to $2 million; overseeing budget allocation; ensuring proper use of monies; writing grant proposals; planning, developing, and implementing training and development programs; reviewing state and federal mandates and ensuring compliance; and writing regulations.
      Achievements: Developed a Title I Program which won national acclaim toward excellence in education for the state and U.S. Department of Education for two years.
